Basketball Hoops, Summertime Fun!

Dean's Reserve has a "summer allowance" permitting basketball hoops to remain out from Memorial Day through Labor Day, each summer. Just a reminder this allowance was made with the stipulation that residents would return to the 48-hour guideline in our Guidelines, after Labor Day.

During the "summer allowance" period basketball hoops may remain out at all times as long as they are maintained in proper condition. Netting must not be torn or ripped, equipment should not be bent or laid down and must not block the sidewalks.

Don't forget to stow your basketball hoops away in your garage or back yard after Labor Day, through the fall/winter period, until the next Memorial Day (setting them down on the side of the house in sight from the road is not proper stowing of the hoops).
