By-Laws and Covenants

An electronic copy of the full By-Laws and Covenants established on June 8, 1995. A printed copy may be requested from Lighthouse Management to be emailed.

Guidelines

An electronic copy of Dean's Reserve HOA Guidelines, specifically designed to assist with ARB requests. This document does not replace the original Declaration of Covenants governing our Association, it simply appends and clarifies the rules set forth in the Declaration of Covenants.

Architectural Review Board (ARB) Application

An electronic ARB Form. All changes to the exterior of your home or to your property require prior approval of the Architectural Review Committee unless the planned changes are specifically listed in Section 1.5 "Items Not Requiring Approval by the Architectural Review Committee". Please review the Guidelines for a specific procedural outline.  Note the Architectural Review Committee has 30 days turn around time to approve or disapprove all applications.
